I Paint as if there are no tomorrows!

October 28, 2014

With so much happening…tropical storms…hurricanes…lava flows…I Paint as if there are no tomorrows!

For those of my friends who follow my blog and Facebook postings, be on the look out for more new paintings.  I will be adding many new smaller works of art that I have been creating lately.  With all that has been happening on the island since August, it seems as though my creative energy is coming out in full force.  I have been painting in watercolors lately, smaller sizes too.  Some are 5.5″ X 9.5″, others are 9″ X 12″, a few that are 11″ X 15″, some larger yet at 18″ X 24″…and then some much smaller ones, postcard size at 4″ X 6″.  So, do please keep posted on my website under the Artwork/Watercolor Originals tab.

I think you will find something that will resonate with you.  And with the uncertainty of life, I am thankful that much of my precious spare time can be spent in the pursuit of art and the expression of inner thoughts and feelings through the written word and through paintings.

Since all we really have is this moment, I paint and I write like there is no tomorrow.
